A Now Kingdom

Philippians 3:20 For our citizenship is in heaven , from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Our citizenship is in heaven The Kingdom Of Heaven is anywhere that the rule of God is taking place. John 3:3 “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see The Kingdom Of Heaven.” or the kingdom of God…. The kingdom is made available at salvation John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Citizenship - a publicly recognized legal status that authorizes someone to rights, & responsibilities .

Week 2 | September 27th

Flipping The Script

The will of God is the kingdom of Heaven in operation in our life and through our life in this world, today. The Kingdom Of Heaven is anywhere that the rule of God is taking place. The Kingdom of Heaven upsets the world in major ways, and effects the world in major ways. If we’re going to walk in the fullness of our assignment in the kingdom of God, we cannot walk in step with the culture of this world. Flipping The Script Colossians 3:1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.

Week 3 | October 4th

Kingdom Fighting

The Kingdom Of Heaven is anywhere that the rule of God is taking place. Kingdom Fighting We are in afight. The battle is experienced here but not fought here. Ephesians 6:16 Hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Ephesians 6:12 We do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. The real enemy is a spiritual enemy that influences flesh and blood people with his chaos. You have to fight from higher ground.

Week 4 | October 11th

Generosity

Romans 8:29 … He also destined from the beginning [foreordaining them] to be molded into the image of His Son [and share inwardly His likeness] James 3:14-22, 25-26 The best way to identify a citizen of Heaven is by their good deeds. True citizens of Heaven are marked by generosity. Generosity Misconception #1: Tithing to your local church is generous. When you tithe, you are “not robbing” from God, and “not robbing” does not equate to generosity. Malachi 3:8 Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me. But you say, ‘How have we robbed you?’ In your tithes and contributions. Generosity Misconception #2: You have to be wealthy to be generous.
