Others OVER Self

When we start to get choosey about how we receive love, it makes us very self-centered.

1 Corinthians 13:5 (various translations)
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love Isn’t always “me first.”
Love it is not self-seeking.
Love does not inflate its own importance.
Love does not selfishly seek its own honor.
Love is not self-absorbed.

Healthy relationships happen when we stop looking to the people we do life with as our source of love and start looking at them as someone we can care for more than we care for ourselves.

No moments found — try different words.
