This January, New Song Church is returning to Chiang Mai, Thailand, to serve alongside our New Song Network partner, Empower International. In a nation of more than 65 million people, Evangelical Christians make up less than 1% of the population. For the majority of the population, the name of Jesus is still completely unknown.
Through educational programs across Thailand and along the war-torn Myanmar border, doors have opened for Gospel access among people who have scarcely heard the name of Jesus. Our team is answering the call to come alongside our Thai brothers and sisters, serving students and communities as the hands and feet of Jesus—together, a tangible Body carrying His name through these open gates.
The Gospel has a Go: a call to carry the name of Jesus to the nations and to the least reached! The Holy Spirit is calling and sending His Church, and as a house, New Song has heard and will respond. He looks for willing hearts and open hands, ready to step out and live as stories meant to be read of Him among the nations. The nations are His inheritance, and until people from every tribe, tongue, and nation learn His new song, we will go around the world for the sake of His glory among all people everywhere.
